Questions about full AV production
How far in advance should I book AV production?
As early as you can. For conferences, festivals and other large productions, four to eight weeks gives us time to plan the system and schedule crew. Smaller events can often be booked with less notice, and we take short-notice requests whenever equipment and crew are available. Call 818-478-2009 to check your date.
Do you provide planning as well as equipment?
Yes. Full AV production covers the technical planning of your event: reviewing the venue, designing the sound, lighting and video systems, building the equipment list and scheduling the crew. You get one plan and one quote rather than a list of rental items.
Will your technicians be on site during the event?
Yes. Our engineers deliver and build the system, run rehearsals, operate audio, lighting and video during the show, and handle strike and load-out afterwards.
What types of events do you support?
Corporate meetings, conferences and conventions, trade shows, award shows and galas, brand activations, concerts and tours, festivals, and private events. Systems are scaled to the room, from a small meeting to an outdoor stage.
Which locations do you cover?
We produce events in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. If your event is elsewhere, contact us and we will tell you whether we can support it.
Can you work in my venue, indoors or outdoors?
Yes. We work in hotels, convention centers, theaters, studios and outdoor sites. Tell us the venue when you request a quote and we will plan power, rigging and load-in around its requirements.
Do you handle hybrid and live-streamed events?
Yes. We provide cameras, video switching, streaming to your platform, remote presenter integration and recording, alongside the in-room production.
