Questions about AV staffing
Can I book technicians without renting your equipment?
Yes. Our engineers and techs can run your own gear, a rental from another company or the venue's house system. Tell us what is on site and we will match the crew to it.
What roles can I book?
Audio engineers and assists, system engineers, lighting designers and techs, LED wall programmers and techs, projectionists, stagehands, riggers, technical directors and project managers.
How far in advance should I book crew?
As early as possible, especially for weekends and festival season. We also take short-notice requests whenever crew is available. Call 818-478-2009 to check your date.
How is staffing priced?
By role and hours, based on your schedule from load-in to strike. You get an itemized quote before you book.
Do you work with venue and house crews?
Yes. Our crew works alongside venue production teams and follows each venue's rules, call times and paperwork requirements.
Which areas do you cover?
Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. If your event is elsewhere, contact us and we will tell you whether we can support it.
